Don’t Think Visual; Plan Visually

Everyone love’s a party. The perfect fundraiser, a great evening out with friends, brought to you by a worthy cause. The decorations were perfect, the food was delicious, and the entertainment was a blast.

With all the work that goes into creating an event, it’s a shame people do not plan visually when it comes to their publicity efforts.

We aim to think different. Events are planned in committee meetings, but they do not support the conference table. They support a great cause. It is important to visually demonstrate the importance of your cause in your event marketing.

Get the committee on site; remind them of why they are gathered. By doing so you keep the focus of why they are here.

Event photography is not something people can wing the night of and hope to land coverage in several news outlets. It requires a combination of a great photographer who can energize the crowd and a meticulously crafted shot sheet that get all the right people in the right photos.
